Debra Vigliano, Executive Director, Win-Win ResolutionsIn 1991, Debra began implementing conflict resolution programs for students in Leon County Florida. This concept was developed as part of her graduate school studies and then was successfully implemented as a pilot program in Guilford County Schools, North Carolina in 1998.

In 2001, Debra founded the non-profit agency, Win-Win Resolutions, Inc. that served over 30,000 youth and families in Guilford County and the Triad region of North Carolina until its dissolution in the fall of 2014. Debra has since relocated to the Asheville area with the goal of conducting C.R.E.W. trainings for program replication and dissemination nationally. She is thrilled the YWCA, Greensboro is now licensed to continue to provide all of the C.R.E.W. curriculum in Guilford and six surrounding counties in NC.

Debra started the Young Peacemaker Awards banquet and fundraiser on the one year anniversary of 9-11, a time to remember the importance of peacemaking in our world, starting in our own communities. This recognition honors middle school students who exemplify peacemaking and inclusive behavior in their schools and neighborhoods. This annual celebration will be continued in Guilford County under YWCA, Greensboro in 2015.

Debra brings over thirty five years of experience as a theater educator, trainer and non-profit executive director. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theater Education from Florida State University and a Masters degree in Theater Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
